bundle: command not found

    Ruby gem executable directory to path: 

    export PATH=$PATH:/opt/ruby-enterprise-1.8.7-2010.02/bin

    Here is the solution: 

    sudo gem install bundler
    

    Uninstalled as root  then installed as Automatically,

    sudo gem uninstall bundler
    gem install bundler
    rbenv rehash
    

    The “correct” path was in .bashrc

    $PATH
    => zsh: /Users/myself/.rbenv/shims:/Users/myself/.rbenv/bin: ... etc
    

    In case rightful installation place is in ~/.rbenv/versions/1.9.3-p194/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/bundler

    Debian GNU/Linux 6.0:

    export PATH=$PATH:/var/lib/gems/1.8/bin
