    Excel gives an clickable link by using this format in the CSV file:

    =HYPERLINK("URL")

    Such the CSV would view as :

    1,23.4,=HYPERLINK("http://www.google.com")

    • Still, trying to get some links with commas in them to work properly.
    • There is a no way to escape them and still have Excel make the link clickable.

    Alternative solution is here :

      Fix with the hyperlink function and necessary to alert the quotes. following example will be explain of a CSV file will be created lists an error and a link to look on the method that failed for the documentation.

    "Details","Failing Method (click to view)"
    "Method failed","=HYPERLINK(""http://some_url_with_documentation"",""Method_name"")"

    It still took a while to work it out in Excel 2014,

    The result in the csv :

    "=HYPERLINK(""http://www.Google.com"",""Google"")"

    Make sure that if trying to set this from MSSQL server so the code will be look like a,

    '"=HYPERLINK(""http://www.' + baseurl + '.com"",""' + baseurl + '"")"' AS url
