    Try this best solution :

    consider the sheet name is “stock”, and consider infront of the cell.

    =COUNTIFS(stock!A:A,"M",stock!C:C,"Yes")

    In case the data was in A1:C100 formerly,

    All Excel-versions is,

    =SUMPRODUCT(--(A1:A100="M"),--(C1:C100="Yes"))
    
    

    Excel – 2007 onhead,

    =COUNTIFS(A1:A100,"M",C1:C100,"Yes")
