    Try this best solution :

        You can use this syntax INDIRECT(). work it like a reference, but this initially getting a string.

    =INDIRECT("'"&A5&"'!G7")
    

    Here the double quotes are represents to inside are strings, and here is reference by A5.

    Just use this INDIRECT function, to use string value from a cell to access worksheet of same name :

    =INDIRECT("'"&A5&"'!G7")

    To increment the row number upon dragging.

    = INDIRECT("'"&$A$5&"'!$G"&7+B1)
    

    Here B1 represent as an index number,where starting at 0.

        By using indirect syntax, when you copy and drag the index cell and even the cell, so need to increment the indirect. Along with the Index function, likely to happen make a more elegant counter.
